Palm Beach Meditators isn’t affiliated with any organization, company, or lineage and has no official membership or instructor.
The group is made up of whoever feels like showing up to enjoy group practice on any given week.
Our first meeting was mostly friends who used to practice together at the Palm Beach Shambhala Center, a meditation center on Southern Blvd that closed shortly after Covid-19.
We have since grown to include attendants from Lake Worth, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Lantana, Boynton, Delray, Boca Raton, and occasionally visitors from out of town.
